Registration and identification MoveLab may collect a personal photo exclusively for access control. Every user must provide a valid emergency contact. Minors require specific parental authorization, and children under 14 may enter only when accompanied by an adult. 3. Fitness declaration By signing the waiver, the user declares that they are physically fit for climbing and not affected by conditions or substances that would make participation unsafe. 4. Safety rules Users must know the risks of climbing, perform partner checks, tie the rope directly to the harness, clip all required protection points, stay out of fall zones, follow staff instructions, and report any damage immediately. 5. Height restrictions for minors Children under 12 may climb only up to 3.0 metres, and minors aged 12 to 14 up to 3.5 metres. 6. Adults must also complete dedicated training and sign a separate waiver. Before every climb, users must inspect the device, clip correctly, verify the carabiner, and perform a functional test before leaving the ground. 7. Liability and risk acknowledgement Climbing is a high-risk activity. By signing the waiver, the user accepts the inherent risks, including severe injury or death, and releases MoveLab from liability except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. MoveLab is not responsible for injuries caused by user error, rule violations, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of personal equipment, nor for loss or theft of personal property. 8. Insurance MoveLab does not provide personal accident insurance to users. Personal sports injury insurance is strongly recommended. 9.
